All tents are numbered according to the site plan, so you can go straight to your own stand space upon arrival. You can set up and personalise your stand at the following times:

• Friday 24/04: 10:00 – 18:00 assembly
• Sunday 26/04: 6:00 – 8:00 assembly
• Sunday 26/04: 18:00 – 20:00 dismantling

On Sundays, there is a loading and unloading zone on Gloriantlaan, near the intersection with Charles De Costerlaan. You can load and unload materials here at the following times:

• Between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m. for set-up
• Between 18:00 and 20:00 for dismantling

A few days before the event, the group coordinator will receive an access pass. This pass gives you access to the loading and unloading zone. This pass is unique and cannot be copied. Please make sure the pass is always clearly visible behind the windshield.

Dismantling will take place immediately after the event, depending on weather conditions and as soon as the flow of visitors subsides. So please take all your own equipment with you on Sunday evening.

Please take into account the following guidelines when setting up your stand space:

• Maximum of 4 beach flags
• Furniture may be placed no more than 1 metre in front of the tent.
• The placement of inflatables (inflatable arches, poles, etc.) is not permitted.
• Setting up your own additional (folding) tent is not permitted.
• It is forbidden to stick things to the tent canvases.
