Sports Bag drop

During the event, you can leave your sports bag for free at the provided bag drop. A sticker with a unique number will be affixed to your bag, and you will receive a sticker with the same number to affix to your bib number. After participating in the event, you can collect your sports bag on presentation of your sticker and your number on your arm or hand. If you lose your sticker, you will only be able to collect your sports bag on presentation of your number on your arm or hand and provided you can give the organisers an accurate description of your bag and its contents.

The organisers will take the necessary security precautions to guard the area as best as they can, nevertheless, use of the bag drop is at your own risk. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss and/or theft of personal belongings.

Some recommendations:

  • Use a sports bag that closes securely and ensure that it is properly closed so that no items can fall out of your sports bag.
  • Do not leave any valuable items (such as your mobile phone, sports watch, wallet, etc.) in your sports bag.

Sportograf is our official photo partner and will take photos of all participants during the Baloise Antwerp 10 Miles.

The Baloise Antwerp 10 Miles participants can have their name and finish time engraved on their medal. Please go to the stand in the catering area on Charles de Costerlaan. You can also purchase it on site for €14.

Starting in waves improves the running quality of all participants. Take your time and only arrive at the start 15 minutes before the start time of your wave. The organisers assign the waves. When registering you will be asked to enter your estimated finish time.

The Baloise Antwerp 10 Miles consist of ten waves. For this Sunday distance, you may start up to two waves later than your original wave. Example: if you were assigned to wave 4, you may start in wave 5 or wave 6. Moving back more than two waves is not allowed, and starting in an earlier wave is not permitted. This ensures maximum running comfort for all 40,000 participants on Sunday.

It is important to dispose of the cups in the designated bins situated past the supply stations, and not on the course.

There will be a pacer team for the Baloise Antwerp 10 Miles. These pacers can be recognised by coloured flags showing their anticipated finish time. You can find these pacers in your wave:
