NEW: we present to you our new registration procedure for groups. It is to allow groups and businesses plenty of time to gather the participants and correctly enter their details. Follow the steps below for a smooth registration process.

The group manager will be able to purchase these via “group management” in the Chronorace registration platform.
Your own catering (food & drinks) is not permitted in the VINCI Energies Business Village.
Substitutions
Name change
- Until 25 February:
- Free of charge
- The name of the new participant is printed on the bib number.
- The group manager can adjust this themselves via group management.
- After 25 February until 24 April (Kids Mile & 5 Miles) and until 25 April (10 Miles):
- Free of charge
- The name of the original participant remains on the bib number.
- As a new participant, would you like a blank bib number (without your first name, with number only)? You can obtain a new bib number for € 12 at the “changes” desk on site.
Distance change
- Until 25 February:
- The group manager cancels the registration via group management.
- The participant re-registers for the new distance.
- Only possible if you have free places for that new distance in your group.
- After 25 February:
- Only possible to change on site as long as the distance is not fully booked.
- Switch to a shorter distance = free of charge
- Switch to a higher distance = you pay the difference in price
Overview of deadlines
- 25 February 2026 – 23:59: Deadline for having your first name on your bib number
- 12 April 2026 – 23:59: Deadline for reserving additional facilities for your company stand in the company village (toilets, electricity, tables, chairs, extra tents).
- 24 April – 23:59: Deadline for submitting names of participants for Kids Mile & 5 Miles. (*)
- 25 April – 23:59: Deadline for submitting names of participants in the 10 Miles (*)
(*) Registrations that are not linked to a name after these deadlines will not be included in the time classification. These participants are also not insured during the race as we do not have their details.
Age Limits
- Persil Kids Mile: for all children born by 2014 (younger than 12) OR pupils in primary education.
- Baloise Antwerp 5 Miles: no age limit
- Baloise Antwerp 10 Miles: from birth year 2013 (older than 12)

Frequently asked questions
What happens to registrations that are not completed?
- Participants can still be added to your group until 24 April (for Kids Mile & 5 Miles) and until 25 April (for 10 Miles).
- The number of registrations purchased is binding and non-refundable. Your company package with bib numbers will also include bib numbers for unfilled registrations. These bib numbers will be set to inactive in our system and will not be included in the time classification. If a participant does run with one of these bib numbers, they will not be insured.
Until when can I book facilities for my company stand in the business village?
- You can do this until Thursday 12 March at 11:59 p.m. (while stocks last).
- The group manager can book these items via “group management”.
Can I book a business package for a company with fewer than 25 participants?
- No, this is not possible. You must purchase a minimum of 25 tickets for the 10-mile distance via the small business package.
- If you do not wish to do this, it is of course still possible to register individually. Individual registrations open on Wednesday 17 December at 1 p.m.
I also have participants who are running on Saturday. How do they get their race numbers?
- The group leader will collect the complete business package on site between Wednesday 22 April and Sunday 26 April. He or she is responsible for distributing the bib numbers to the participants.
- It is not possible to return the business package to the organisation after collecting it.
What are the Start 2 Run vouchers that I receive through my company package?
- After purchasing the business package, the group leader will receive an email containing a unique voucher code.
- Start 2 Run with Evy Gruyaert is the app to get you ready for the 10 Miles. With 26 professional training plans that build up step by step, coach Evy guides you to your goal with motivational audio coaching. The plans are designed to help you train responsibly and reduce the risk of injury. After each training session, you will receive an analysis report to track your progress and improve your performance.
