Bib numbers will not be posted beforehand.
Are you registered individually? You will be able to collect your bib number from the registration area on Linkeroever (Frederik Van Eedenplein). You will need your confirmation email or e-ticket that you should receive about 1 week before the event.

Are you registered as part of a group/company/school with group collection? Make suitable arrangements with your group leader about where and when you can collect your bib number. It is not possible to collect your bib number individually from the organisation! Group packages can be collected by the group leader with the confirmation e-mail that he/she should receive about 1 week before the event.

All participants who registered online beforehand (so up to and including March 1st) will receive a cool bib number with first name for all the distances.

Changing rooms

Tents will be provided at the event site Charles de Costerlaan (Linkeroever). Please note: There will be no showers in the changing rooms.

Storage space for sports bag

During the event, you can leave your sports bag at the provided storage area. A sticker with a unique number will be attached to your bag and you will receive a sticker with the same number to attach to your ankle or wrist strap or bib number. Your unique number will also be written on your arm or hand. After participating in the event, you can collect your sports bag by showing your sticker and number on your arm or hand. If you lose your sticker, you will only be able to collect your sports bag after showing the number on your arm or hand and providing an accurate description of your bag and its contents to the organisation.

The organisation will take the necessary safety measures to guard the area as well as possible, but use of it is at your own risk. The organisation cannot accept any responsibility for possible damage, loss and/or theft of personal belongings.

Some recommendations:

• • • • Use a properly lockable sports bag and make sure it is also properly closed so that no items can fall out of your sports bag.
      • Do not leave any valuable items (such as Iphone, sports watch, wallet, etc.) in your sports bag.

After you finish, you have the option to immortalise your achievement by having your medal engraved with your name and finishing time. On the registration form, you can tick the ‘medal engraving’ option for only €12.

Are you injured or is there another reason you cannot take part?

While registering you have the option to purchase a cancellation insurance for just € 9. If you cancel until 3 February 2025, 100% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.

Any extras such as the T-shirt, engraved medal and the cancellation insurance itself will not be reimbursed. (not exhaustive). Take note: if you already registered without a cancellation insurance, then it is no longer possible to buy the insurance afterwards.

Cancellation requests must be sent by 3 February 2025 via this contact form.

From 4 February onwards it is no longer possible to request a reimbursement.

Yes, they can. The collector must bring your confirmation email containing your personal number or e-ticket to the registration area at F. Van Eedenplein (2060 – Linkeroever).
