Your personal stand space
When registering your business, you choose one of the two business packages. These packages include one or two tents depending on the selected option for your company stand. This stand serves as your home base in the VINCI Energies Business Village and can be fully personalised and set up in the style of your company.
The Business Village is only open on Sunday 26 April and not on Saturday 25 April. Therefore, you cannot distribute bib numbers to your participants from your company stand on Saturday.

The materials you have ordered will be delivered to the stand area by the organisers a few days before the event. You can then decorate the stand entirely to your own taste, so that your team and guests immediately feel at home.
Please bear in mind a few points of attention:
- Maximum of 4 beach flags
- Furniture may be placed no more than 1 metre in front of the tent.
- The placement of inflatables (inflatable arches, poles, etc.) is not permitted.
- Setting up your own additional (folding) tent is not permitted.
- It is forbidden to stick things to the tent canvases.
Assembly and disassembly
All tents are numbered according to the site plan, so you can go straight to your own stand space upon arrival. You can set up and personalise your stand at the following times:
- Friday 24/04: 14:00 – 18:00 assembly
- Saturday 25/04: 7:00 – 11:00 assembly
- Sunday 26/04: 6:00 – 8:00 assembly
- Sunday 26/04: 18:00 – 20:00 dismantling
On Sundays, there is a loading and unloading zone on Gloriantlaan, near the intersection with Charles De Costerlaan. You can load and unload materials here at the following times:
- Between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m. for set-up
- Between 18:00 and 20:00 for dismantling
A few days before the event, the group leader will receive a pass. This pass grants access to the drop-off and unloading zone. This pass is unique and cannot be copied. Ensure that the pass is clearly visible behind the windscreen at all times.
Dismantling will take place immediately after the event, depending on weather conditions and as soon as the flow of visitors subsides. So please take all your own equipment with you on Sunday evening.
Catering
Catering packages
Soon you will find our different catering options here. The group manager will be able to purchase these via “group management” in the Chronorace registration platform.
Your own catering (food & drinks) is not permitted in the VINCI Energies Business Village.
Cashless cards
The group manager will soon be able to purchase cashless cards via “group management” in the Chronorace registration platform.
Parking tickets
For each business package purchased, you will receive one parking ticket and one ticket for loading and unloading in the loading and unloading zone.
Personalised banner
Your basic package includes a personalised banner! You can design this entirely to your own liking.
Premium stand
The business village will not be open on Saturday 25 April. You will not be able to distribute race numbers to your participants from your company stand on Saturday.
